Yes, is the answer. Ask Tom Peters. More potently, ask Sir Ken Robinson. I agree with most of this little speech - which, by the way, is one of the most impressive speeches ever. Rarely can somebody speak for 18 minutes without ANY props, visual aids, or 'audience participation' and yet this chap does it with humor and punchiness. Not quite Simon Cowell, but I like the fried egg story!
